We strive our best to make your Sole Desires purchase just what your Soul Desires! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the ship date.

However, we cannot accept garments/shoes that have been worn, washed or altered. Returns must be received back in its original form, with tag or box, unworn condition and the original receipt.  All clearance items and sales of items priced under $12 USD are final.  Any items that show signs of wear or use will not be returned to you and they will not be refunded.  We cannot re-sell used items!  If you try your shoes on please make sure that the surface is clean and you do not walk around so they dont get scuffed!

 You may not return any items purchased online to a shoe party.

You are responsible for the return postage unless an error is made on our part.  Please include the reason for the return (i.e."Too small").  You should expect to receive your refund minus the original shipping and handling,within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will provide a return UPS/FedEx shipping label where applicable or we will fully reimburse (USPS Priority Mail only) your return shipping back to us.ONLY IF IT IS OUR FAULT.

Upon receipt of the wrong item sent** (where applicable), we will either send you the correct item back to you free of charge or provide you with a full refund including the original shipping amount.

Our inventory turns over very rapidly and we cannot hold an item for a customer for an exchange.  If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you go ahead and find the item you want to exchange for and complete your payment for it.  This way, you would get the item you want faster without delay.  Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund including the shipping**.  Please follow the above return instructions and write "Exchange” on your invoice with details. **applies to US orders only and for the first exchange in some circumstances.  Restrictions apply.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, all orders outside of US are final.  We take extra care inspecting international orders to ensure correct shipment. Shipping:We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
